De viaje por Europa, la ex presidenta\u00a0Cristina Kirchner\u00a0vincul\u00f3 al Gobierno nacional con el fallo de la Corte Suprema de Justicia que benefici\u00f3 a Luis Mui\u00f1a, represor condenado por delitos de lesa humanidad, con el 2×1 que morigera su condena.<\/p>\n

“El Gobierno tuvo que ver, lo \u00fanico que hay independiente en la Argentina son los reyes de Espa\u00f1a”<\/strong>, dijo al ser consultada sobre qu\u00e9 responsabilidad ten\u00eda el Gobierno nacional sobre el fallo de la Corte Suprema por el 2×1.\u00a0Y agreg\u00f3: “Si algo hace juego con este Gobierno, es el Poder Judicial, nada que ver con anta\u00f1o”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

En di\u00e1logo con C5N, convoc\u00f3 a todos los argentinos a la Marcha de los Pa\u00f1uelos, que se realizar\u00e1 hoy a partir de las 18 en Plaza de Mayo.\u00a0“Esto debe convocarnos a todos m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las posiciones pol\u00edticas”, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n

Desde Bruselas, Cristina Kirchner\u00a0lig\u00f3 su l\u00ednea de pensamiento de una Corte sin independencia del poder pol\u00edtico al recordar\u00a0que los magistrados que votaron a favor del 2×1 fueron\u00a0designados por DNU (Horacio Rosatti y Carlos Rosenkrantz) y que Elena Highton de Nolasco, por su parte, le debe gratitud\u00a0al Poder Ejecutivo porque no la sac\u00f3 de su cargo, pese a su edad.<\/p>\n
